Copyrights and Patents
Select designs and display concepts are protected by either copyrights or patents. Infringements will be prosecuted. No advertising or literature may be published without the approval and written consent of Meridian Display & Merchandising, Inc.

Payment Terms 
Orders less than $500.00 are to be paid at the time of order by check, credit card or C.O.D. Orders larger than $500.00 can be invoiced net 30 days, from date of invoice, with prior credit approval. A 2% penalty will be applied to late payments. First time customer orders require 50% down payment.

Samples
A maximum of two samples per design is allowed. Minimum sample billing is $20.00. Pre-Designed samples are available at sample prices plus freight and sales tax where applicable. Samples are refundable with a production run order.

Price List
An attempt will be made to hold prices on a one year basis; however, prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Freight Terms 
All freight is F.O.B. St. Paul, MN. All orders are shipped Freight Collect unless prior arrangements have been approved in writing.

Returns 
All our products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship. If a defect is found, please contact us within 48 hours for replacement.

Claims
All shortages must be reported within 48 hours after merchandise is received. Our signed freight receipt releases us from any responsibility of loss or damage.

Over and Under Runs 
We cannot guarantee exact quantities due to the nature of our manufacturing process. Therefore we reserve the right to over or under run 5% of quantity ordered.

Product Liability 
Meridian Display, Inc. cannot be held liable for damage to person(s) and/or property if a display has been altered or used for a purpose other than that for which it was designed or intended.

Orders with Graphics 
Delivery dates on orders with special graphics can only be met if all necessary artwork and information are received by the DATE OF CLOSURE. This is the date our scheduling staff will give as a target date for all necessary information to be received in order to meet the required delivery date of your order. If the material is not received by this date, a new delivery date will be established by Meridian Display. If the original date must be kept, we reserve the right to charge for any overtime labor or up charge in materials to meet the original date.

Shipping Weight Terms
Example: [04 lbs. OX/DIM 52 lbs.]
04 lbs. = Actual Weight, OX = Over Size (ships regular ground at 30 lbs. weight)
DIM = Dimensional weight for air freight packages.

Example: [05 lbs.. NA/DIM 48 lbs..]
05 lbs.. = Actual Weight, NA = Not Applicable, DIM = Dimensional weight for air freight packages
